One day after T-Mobile began pushing Android 7.0 updates to its Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, AT&T has started doing the same.
AT&T Galaxy S7 and S7 edge customers have started receiving their updates to Android 7.0 Nougat. The updates are sizable, weighing in at around 1.6GB, so you’ll probably want to find yourself a speedy connection before starting the download so that you can sink your teeth into Nougat sooner.
As for what included with the update, AT&T Galaxy S7 and S7 edge owners can expect improvements to multi-window and Samsung’s UX, the February 1, 2017 security patches, and much more.
The update to Android 7.0 Nougat is big for AT&T’s GS7 and GS7 edge, so if you’ve got either phone, you should keep an eye out for your update in the coming days. You can also check for the update manually by going into Settings > System > About device > Software update > Check for updates.
