Less than one month after it was officially announced that TCL Communication would design, manufacture, and sell BlackBerry smartphones, TCL has teased the first smartphone to come out of that agreement.
TCL Communication President Steve Cistulli has posted a brief teaser for his company’s new BlackBerry smartphone. The four-second clip shows a physical keyboard below a set of Back, Home, and Recent Apps buttons used by Android devices.

Details of this new BlackBerry are still light, but the phone looks to be a candybar-style device rather than a slider like the Priv. BlackBerry’s current roster of Android devices includes a slider with a physical keyboard and two full-touch phones, so a candybar-style phone with a keyboard would make a nice addition to BlackBerry’s family.
Cistulli's teaser includes the hashtag #CES2017, suggesting that we'll learn more about this new BlackBerry this week. Are you interested in a new BlackBerry phone with a physical keyboard?
