Earlier this year, T-Mobile launched a Bring Your Own Pixel promotion that offered $325 in bill credits to customers that brought an unlocked Google Pixel to T-Mo’s network. Now it looks like Sprint has a similar promo.
It’s been discovered that Sprint is offering up to $325 in bill credits to customers that activate an unlocked Google Pixel on Sprint’s network. The thing is that Sprint isn’t actively promoting this deal, and instead is directly contacting select customers via email about it.
The good news is that some folks have gotten the promo added to their account after speaking to Sprint customer support, so that’d be worth a shot if you haven’t already been notified of the promo by Sprint.
This promotion will run from December 24 through December 31. Qualifying customers who bring a Google Pixel to Sprint will get $240 in service credits spread out over 24 months, which works out to $10 per month. Customers that bring the Google Pixel XL to Sprint will get $325 in credits, or $13.55 per month for 24 months.
This promo is said to be available to both new and existing customers.
This is a pretty nice offer for any Sprint customers that have their eye on Google’s Pixel phones, as it’ll knock the starting price of the Pixel to $409, while the Pixel XL’s starting price will drop to $444. As of this writing, some Pixel phones are a couple of weeks away from shipping at the Google Store, but you might be able to get some devices before December 31, like the Very Silver and Quite Black Pixel phones or the Really Blue Pixel XL.
Are you going to try to take advantage of this Sprint promo?
