After making its official debut back in May, the Moto G4 Play is ready to launch in the U.S.
The Moto G4 Play is now live on Amazon, Motorola, B&H Photo Video, and Best Buy, with pricing set at $149.99 for the unlocked model that supports all four major U.S. carriers. The G4 Play is available in black and white versions.
If you’d prefer something less expensive, the Moto G4 Play is also available in a Prime Exclusive version. This model (shown below) is only available to Amazon Prime members and includes personalized Amazon ads and offers on the lock screen, as well as preloaded Amazon apps. This model is $99.99.
The Moto G4 Play is expected to begin shipping on Sept. 15, but you can pre-order one now if you’d like.
As a refresher, the Moto G4 Play runs Android 6.0.1 on a 5-inch 1280x720 display. It’s packing a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a microSD slot for adding more storage, and a 2800mAh battery. Rounding out the G4 Play’s feature set is an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera.
