Heads up, iOS 10 testers, because there’s a new update for you to try.
iOS 10 beta 3 is now available for download. To grab it, you’ll need to be registered with Apple’s developer program, then download it over the air by going into Settings > General > Software Update or by getting it through Apple’s developer web portal.
Unfortunately for public testers in the Apple Beta Software Program, there doesn’t appear to be a new Public Beta update rolling out. If past beta updates are any indication, though, we could see a new iOS 10 Public Beta update as soon as tomorrow, July 19.
iOS 10 is a big update for Apple’s mobile OS, bringing major new features like a Siri API that’ll allow third-party apps to access Siri, a Messages app store, refreshed notifications, and new versions of the Apple Maps, Apple Music, and Apple News apps. The full iOS 10 update is scheduled to launch to the public this fall.
In addition to today’s iOS 10 beta 3 release, Apple has started rolling out watchOS 2.2.2 to the public. This is a small bug-fixing update that you can install by launching the Watch app on your iPhone and going into General and then tapping Software Update.
