After making their debut at MWC back in February, Sony today revealed that its new Xperia X series of Android phones are coming to the US this summer.
The Xperia X will be available for pre-order today, May 31, from Amazon, Best Buy, B&H Photo Video, and Reagan Wireless, with pricing set at $549.99. That price includes a free 128GB microSD card that you can use to supplement the X’s 32GB of internal storage as well as a UCH10 Quick Charger. The X will launch on June 26.
As a refresher, the Xperia X runs Android 6.0 on a 5-inch 1920x1080 display. It’s got a hexa-core Snapdragon 650 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 2620mAh battery. Perhaps its standout features are its cameras, which include a 23-megapixel snapper on the back and a 13-megapixel front camera for all of your selfie needs.
The Xperia X Performance, Xperia XA, and Xperia XA Ultra are all coming stateside, too, with pre-orders for those models starting on June 19. Prices for those models will be set at $699.99 for the X Performance with 128GB microSD card and UCH10 Quick Charger, $369.99 for the XA Ultra with 64GB microSD card, and $279.99 for the XA with microSD card.
