Good news, AT&T customers! After hitting a slight delay last month, the Android 6.0 updates for the HTC One M8 and One M9 are ready to go.
HTC’s Mo Versi has announced that the Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates for AT&T’s One M8 and One M9 have been approved following an unspecified delay at the end of April. Both updates are slated to begin rolling out over the air starting tomorrow, May 12.
HTC One (M8 & M9) AT&T owners! Thank you for your patience. Marshmallow OS is approved, OTA to start tomorrow!!

Both the One M8 and One M9 have gotten their Android 6.0 updates on Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon, so it’s good to see that the AT&T models will soon get their own Marshmallow updates. We’ll have to wait for the rollouts to start before we know everything that’s inside the updates, but AT&T One M8 and One M9 owners can expect Marshmallow features like Google Now on Tap, Doze mode battery optimizations, and improved app permissions.
