OnePlus is celebrating Black Friday by axing the invite requirement on the OnePlus 2 and OnePlus X. Neither phone is being given any sort of discount, but hey, it’s nice to be able to buy OnePlus’s phones without having to wait around for an invite to hit your inbox.
The OnePlus 2 is OnePlus’s current flagship phone, offering specs like a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 display, 13-megapixel camera, 3/4GB of RAM, 16/64GB of storage, and a Snapdragon 810 processor. The bad news is that the cheaper 3GB/16GB OnePlus 2 is sold out, meaning that the only option available to would-be OnePlus 2 buyers is the $389 4GB/64GB model.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus X is OnePlus’s newest phone. It’s meant to be a bit smaller and more affordable, packing features like a 5-inch 1920x1080 display, Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage into a package that costs $249.
OnePlus is also offering discounts on its accessories, including knocking 90 percent off its goodies for the OnePlus One. For example, you can get a Bamboo StyleSwap Cover that normally sells for $49 for just $4.90. Unfortunately, the deals aren’t quite as nice if you want an accessory for one of OnePlus’s newer phones, with products like the OnePlus Power Bank getting a $1.50 discount and the OnePlus X cases getting reduced by $2.50.
OnePlus's open sales and discounts will run from November 27 through November 30.
