The next carrier to reveal its Black Friday plans is T-Mobile, and the Un-carrier has cooked up something special for its existing customers.
Un-carrier Unwrapped is a new offer from T-Mobile that’ll offer unlimited LTE smartphone data to all postpaid Simple Choice customers, including business subscribers. In order to qualify, you’ll need to be on an active postpaid Simple Choice plan by the end of the day on November 23. The unlimited LTE smartphone data will then be automatically added to your plan on December 1 and will last through March 1.
Once it’s applied to your plan, your unlimited LTE smartphone data will kick in once you’ve burned through your regular monthly data allotment and Data Stash. You’ll have to stay on your T-Mobile plan and keep Binge On active in order to retain the unlimited LTE data. It’s also worth mentioning that this unlimited LTE data gift doesn’t come with the same features that customers on the full-on unlimited LTE plan get, like tethering and free Vudu movie rentals.
T-Mobile says that it’ll reveal gifts aimed at Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint customers in the coming weeks. They’ll be announced at a rate of one per week, with each week focusing on a different carrier.
T-Mo has also unveiled some hardware Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. For Black Friday, T-Mobile will have the following deals available starting Wednesday, November 25:
And then on Cyber Monday, T-Mobile will kick off a free iPhone memory upgrade promo. Starting at 2:01 am PT on November 30, T-Mobile will upgrade the included memory of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus purchases. So if you buy a 16GB iPhone, you’ll be bumped up to a 64GB model, while folks that buy a 64GB model will be upgraded to a 128GB unit.
This Cyber Monday offer is only available on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. It’ll be offered online only while supplies last, so if you want to take advantage, you’d best be quick.
