Over the past few weeks, Apple has pushed out a pair of iOS 9.2 betas, giving them first to app developers and then rolling them to public beta testers a day later. That rollout schedule is changing today.
Apple today released the third iOS 9.2 beta to both registered app developers and public beta testers. The new iOS 9.2 beta 3 update is build 137C1. Regardless of which camp you fall into, you can get the update by grabbing your iOS device and heading into Settings > General > Software Update.
Most of the details of the iOS 9.2 update are still up in the air, but we do know that it includes tweaks to the Safari View Controller, which lets third-party apps use an in-app browser based on Safari rather than forcing developers to create their own. This enables third-party in-app browsers to utilize Safari features, like saved passwords.
