Twitter is good for asking a question to your followers and finding out how they feel about a subject, but it can be difficult to keep track of all of the replies that you get. Twitter is aiming to fix this pain point by offering polls.
Over the coming days, Twitter will enable polls for everyone on the service. That means that you’ll be able to ask a question, give your followers some responses to choose from, and then quickly view the answers that’ve been given. Polls can have two choices and will remain live for 24 hours after you create them. When you vote on a poll, your vote remains private.

Twitter polls will be available on iOS, Android, and the desktop. You’ll be able to create a poll by tapping a button that looks like a pie chart on the Twitter app’s compose screen.
Twitter’s new polling feature looks nice enough, letting you ask a question and easily see how the responses shake out. It might be nice if more than two choices were allowed, but this is definitely an improvement over the previous method of polling an audience that would have you manually tracking responses. It’s also worth noting that it’s unlikely that this polling feature will work on third-party Twitter apps, at least right now, so you’ll probably have to use the official Twitter app if you want to create a poll.
