Days after Huawei Watch pre-order information prematurely appeared on Amazon, Huawei has officially come forward with the launch info for its first Android Wear device.
The Huawei Watch is available for pre-order today, including from Amazon, with shipments slated to start going out on September 17. As expected, there are several models to choose from and each has its own price. Here’s how they break down:
In case you need a spec refresher, the Huawei Watch has a round 1.4-inch 400x400 AMOLED display that Huawei is quick to point out is a full circle. Inside its 11.3mm thick body are many specs that we’ve come to expect from Android Wear devices, like a Snapdragon 400 processor, 4GB of storage, and 512MB of RAM. There’s also Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, a built-in microphone, and a 300mAh battery.
With its Watch, Huawei aims to offer a look that’s similar to a traditional analog watch, but insides that are stuffed with technology. The design of the Huawei Watch is nice and clean, and while it’s kind of a bummer that Huawei didn’t choose to offer multiple sizes of its smartwatch, there are plenty of case and band combos if you’re into the Huawei Watch’s size.
