Apple hasn’t shown much love to its iPod line lately, but that’s changing today with some refreshed hardware.

Apple today introduced an updated version of the iPod touch that brings the portable device’s spec closer to 2015 standards. The new iPod touch has an 8-megapixel rear camera and an improved front-facing FaceTime HD camera as well. Inside of the new iPod touch is Apple’s A8 chip — the same processor that’s in the iPhone 6 — as well as the M8 motion coprocessor for fitness tracking.

It’s worth noting that while the iPod touch has had several of its specs upgraded, its screen hasn’t been supersized to match the iPhone 6. The new iPod touch still has a 4-inch Retina display with a resolution of 1136x640.

The new iPod touch is available starting today both online and in Apple stores. Pricing is set at $199 for the 16GB model, $249 for the 32GB version, and $299 for the 64GB device. Apple is also launching a 128GB iPod touch for the first time, which will set you back $399. Color options for the new iPod touch include silver, gold, black, pink, blue, and red.

While most folks have moved past dedicated media players in favor of using their smartphones for all of their content consumption needs, the iPod touch could still be useful as a workout buddy, a device for a child, or just a PMP for folks that want an iOS device but don’t want an iPhone. And now the iPod touch has had its specs (mostly) brought up to meet the new iPhone hardware, which could be attractive for anyone that wants a small portable media player.

In addition to the updated iPod touch, Apple has updated the iPod nano and iPod shuffle to include the new colors that are available with the iPod touch. The iPod nano is $149 for a 16GB model, while the 2GB iPod shuffle is $49.
