The rumor mill has suggested that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 might have the same screen size and resolution as the Note 4, but today a new report claims that the new Note will be beefed up in another way.

Sources say that the Galaxy Note 5 will include 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, up from the 3GB of RAM found inside the Galaxy Note 4. That’s according to SamMobile, who say that they’ve also been told that the Note 5 will include a Galaxy S6-like design with a glass back, wireless charging, and black, gold, silver, and white color options.

The eternal specs race that is mobile is already pushing phones to 4GB of RAM, with devices like the ZenFone 2 and OnePlus 2 coming to market with 4 gigs of RAM in tow. The Note 5 is one of Samsung’s flagship devices and is often on the bleeding edge of the specs race, and so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the Note 5 introduced with 4GB of RAM.

The Note 5 is rumored to be coming earlier than past models, with an announcement tipped to happen in mid-August.
