UPDATE: I reached out to T-Mobile for clarification on whether their 128GB deal totally replaces LG's memory card/battery offer or if customers can apply for both. Here's what T-Mo said:
"T-Mobile’s offer for the 128GB memory card is exclusive to T-Mobile customers and LG’s offer is available to customers of participating retailers and wireless providers. T-Mobile customers who purchase the LG G4 at T-Mobile could be eligible to receive both offers, but they’ll need to visit both promotion websites and follow the directions to see if they qualify."
The LG G4 is getting close. T-Mobile says that it’s going to start taking pre-orders for the G4 tomorrow, May 27, with an in-store launch planned for June 3. If you do decide to pre-order a G4, though, you’ll likely get your unit before that launch date.
T-Mobile’s pricing for the LG G4 is set at $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $24.99 per month. That works out to a full retail price of $599.76. It’s also worth noting that T-Mo will be the only U.S. operator selling the G4 with its brown leather back, though other leather colors will be available from other operators.
Finally, early LG G4 adopters on T-Mobile will get a free 128GB microSD card, which is substantially larger than the 32GB microSD card that LG is giving everyone else. In order to get that 128GB microSD card, you’ll need to buy a G4 before June 21 and claim your reward right here before July 6.
It’s exciting to see that the LG G4 is nearly here because that means that the smartphone battle is about to get much more heated, which is good news for us consumers. And T-Mobile’s launch is especially notable for the magenta carrier’s customers because they’re getting an extra large microSD card with their purchase. LG’s promo is pretty nice on its own, but 128GB microSD cards are around $100 on Amazon, and so T-Mo’s deal is even sweeter.
