Around one year ago, BlackBerry and T-Mobile got into a bit of a kerfuffle that resulted in T-Mo no longer selling BlackBerry smartphones in stores or online. Apparently the two companies have finally put their differences behind them, though, because a new BlackBerry phone is coming soon to T-Mobile’s shelves.

The BlackBerry Classic will launch at T-Mobile on May 13. Pricing for the keyboard-clad ‘Berry will be set at $0 down ad 24 payments of $18.33 per month, which works out to a full price of $439.92.

The Classic that launches at T-Mobile will be the same that’s been around since late 2014. That means that it’ll have a 3.5-inch 720x720 touchscreen, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a microSD slot, a 2515mAh battery, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. It’s also got a tool belt of buttons beneath its screen — complete with an optical trackpad — and a physical QWERTY keyboard.

While a T-Mobile-friendly version of the BlackBerry Classic has been available direct from BlackBerry for months now, it’s still nice to see T-Mo selling the Classic itself because it gives consumers an easy way to buy the phone and pay for it in installments. Plus, not all T-Mobile customers may know that you can buy the phone from BlackBerry, instead only shopping in T-Mo’s stores. Now that the Classic is coming to T-Mobile as well, more customers may be aware that they can get its physical keyboard under their thumbs.
