Google today made a big acquisition of calendar/to-do list app.
Google has acquired Timeful, an iOS app that gathers things like your calendar, to-do list, and more and combines them all into a single calendar. You can also schedule habits that you’d like to form and Timeful will include them in your calendar. Once everything is in the app, Timeful will learn your patterns and help you to schedule your events, to-do list, and habits around your free time. For example, if you tell Timeful that you want to workout a few times a week, the app will look at your schedule and analyze your habits to help you work that exercise into your life.
Timeful is currently iOS-only, but now that the company has been picked up by Google, Google says that it can see Timeful's features applied to "Inbox, Calendar, and beyond," so I'm sure that Android folk will get to see those goodies soon. Timeful notes that you can still download and use its existing iOS app, but that in the future, its focus will be on “new projects at Google.”
Have you ever tried Timeful?
