Google Street Art is the company's new Android Wear watch face

Google announced the Lollipop update for Android Wear back in December, and one of the big new features of the update was that it supported third-party watch faces from Google Play. Interestingly, it took Google until today to release its own new watch face.

The Street Art watch face includes several different pieces of art from the Google Art Project. Some of the artists that have work in the effort are Aitch, DRAW, Erik Otto, Hugo Lucas, Nark, Pedro Batista, The Empty Belly, and Will Barras. Once you select the art that you want on your watch, you can choose an analog, digital, or minimal watch face for it.

Google’s Street Art watch face looks like a nice collection of works that’ll add some art to your wrist. The Street Art face won’t appeal to everyone, but if you want a watch face that you won’t see on regular watches, it could be worth a look.
