The stream of HTC One (M9) leaks appears to have turned into a full-blown flood, as more images of HTC’s upcoming flagship have leaked.
Two new images have surfaced that may shown the HTC One (M9) in the wild. Shared with Phandroid by a “trusted, reliable source”, the photos show an HTC-branded smartphone that looks a whole lot like the HTC One (M8), but with a volume rocker that’s been split into two buttons and a power/lock button that’s been relocated from the top of the device to its side, right beneath the aforementioned volume rocker.
The source of these images also said that the One (M9) has an octa-core processor and 3GB of RAM inside of it. That lines up with previous rumors that’ve suggested that the One (M9) will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 810.
While still unofficial, it’s looking increasingly likely that this is indeed what the HTC One (M9) looks like. Some may be upset that it looks largely similar to the One (M8), but I think it’s a smart move by HTC to take the well-received design of the One (M8) and make small refinements that should make it easier to use.
UPDATE: Phandroid has shared two more images of what may be the HTC One (M9), one of which shows a Duo Camera-less backside. Check 'em out below.
