Did you think that mobile news would be quiet now that the holidays are near? T-Mobile says that that’s not the case.
T-Mobile will hold an Un-carrier 8.0 announcement tomorrow, December 16, at 10:30 am ET/7:30 am PT. The reveal will be a bit low-key compared to previous Un-carrier events, as it’ll consist only of T-Mobile CEO John Legere holding a “live fireside chat” with Yahoo! News’s David Pogue. You’ll be able to submit your own questions through Twitter using the #Uncarrier8 hashtag.
So what might T-Mobile have planned? That’s a bit of a mystery. The Un-carrier recently revealed new plans that include two unlimited lines for $100 per month or 4 lines with 10GB for $100, and we haven’t really gotten any leaks that might hint at big upcoming announcements.
