Microsoft teased last month that its first Microsoft Lumia-branded smartphone would be revealed “soon,” and it looks like the folks in Redmond weren’t kidding when they said that.
Microsoft today posted a teaser image to its Nokia Conversations blog along with the captions “Want to see #MoreLumia?” and “Microsoft is delivering the power of everyday mobile technology to everyone.” The company then invites us to check back on November 11 to learn more.
Considering the captions and teaser image that Microsoft posted today, it appears that the company is getting ready to show us a lower-end Lumia smartphone. The device in the teaser image looks similar to the RM-1090 that leaked out earlier this month, which itself looked like a fairly entry-level handset. So while this new Windows Phone may not wow us with its specs, it’ll likely still be a big deal because it’ll be the first Microsoft-branded Lumia smartphone to hit the market.
