Remember yesterday when Google said that Inbox by Gmail users would be getting more invitations to share with friends today? Yeah, that just happened.
Google announced on Twitter that existing Inbox by Gmail users are getting three invitations in their accounts to share with others. I checked my Inbox account and, just like El Goog said, there are some invitations in there.
If you’re an existing Inbox user that wants to help your buddies get into the service too, you can go to the Inbox web app, mouse over the compose icon in the lower right corner of your screen and then click “Invite to Inbox.” You can also send invitations from the Android and iOS apps by tapping the Compose button in the app.
Obviously it’d be nice if Google just made Inbox by Gmail open for all, but while it’s still in invitation-only mode, at least Google is letting invitations go left and right. So, who’s gotten into Inbox so far?
