Verizon gets in on the data promo fun with a new More Everything offer

It’s an data boost shootout! Last weekend AT&T announced a double data promotion for its Mobile Share plans, and then Sprint followed this morning with an offer of its own. Now Verizon is getting in on the fun, too, with a new More Everything promo.

Verizon has announced that starting tomorrow, October 2, it’s boosting the data allotments for its More Everything plans. Here’s how they break down (all plans include unlimited talk and text):

  • 15GB (up from 12GB) for $110 per month
  • 30GB (up from 16GB) for $130
  • 40GB (up from 20GB) for $150
  • 60GB (up from 30GB) for $225
  • 80GB (up from 40GB) for $300
  • 100GB (up from 50GB) for $375

Verizon says that these offers will be available through October 31. It's also worth noting that the monthly access fee for these plans is set at $40 for 2-year contract hardware and $15 for devices brought to Verizon or products bought using Verizon Edge.

The pricing for these new promos matches AT&T’s promotional data pricing but are a tad pricier per gigabyte than Sprint. Neither of those things are particularly surprising, but it’s worth taking note of when you’re considering all of these competing data promotions.

So what do you think of these new data offers? Will you be taking advantage of any of them?
