Shortly after the HTC One (M8) for Windows was announced by Verizon earlier this month, AT&T pinged us to say that it also plans to launch the Windows Phone-powered One (M8) in the future. Now another U.S. carrier has come forward and said that it, too, will sell the device.
T-Mobile says that it plans to launch the HTC One (M8) for Windows “this fall.” No precise release or pricing info has been given, but T-Mo does have a web page at which consumers can register their interest in the device.
Verizon originally touted the One (M8) for Windows as an exclusive device, causing some folks to worry that it’d never see the fluorescent light of another carrier’s retail stores. Thankfully it turns out that Verizon only has a timed exclusive on the One (M8) for Windows. Now we know that 3 of the top 4 U.S. operators will carry the Windows Phone-ified One (M8), and considering that the Android One (M8) hit all 4, there’s a chance that the Windows Phone version could do the same.
