Fleksy keyboard app update adds Arabic, Chinese beta and more premium themes

Today’s a good time to be a third-party keyboard user on Android. There are a number of options available and several apps — such as SwiftKey — are receiving major updates. Today that trend of big updates continues with Fleksy.

The folks at Fleksy have revealed a big update for their keyboard app that’s rolling out to Google Play today. Included is support for Arabic, a feature that Fleksy has received over 100,000 requests for, and an announcement for a beta test of Chinese language support. You can check out a demo of Fleksy’s Chinese support on a Xiaomi Mi3 below, and if you like what you see, you can register for the beta yourself right here. Fleksy says that its keyboard now supports 40 languages.

Fleksy is also adding four new premium themes with today’s update. Those are Blood Red, Key Lime, Sunflower and Sun Kiss. The total number of premium themes available is now up to 17.

This Fleksy update is rolling out today, so if you’ve already got the app installed, you should see the new version hit your device later. If you don’t already have Fleksy, you can check it out by hitting up the Play Store and grabbing either the free or paid version.
