Looks like that Parking Location card isn’t the only new feature that Google Now is gaining this week.
Google announced today that it’s rolling out an updated version of its Google Search app for Android that includes support for saving cards when your device loses its Internet connection. When you lose service, the cards will stay loaded, and the app will display a new card at the top of the pile that tells you when your content was last updated.
Google Now can display quite a bit of useful information, including calendar appointments, so this new feature will come in handy for users that find themselves without an Internet connection while on the subway or in some other situation. It’s great to see Google continue to add new features to Google Now, especially extremely useful ones like this.
