Google has released a number of apps on iOS, including Chrome, Play Music, Hangouts and Search, complete with Google Now. Today the list of Google’s iOS apps has grown yet again, as the big G has launched an app for its Helpouts service.
The new Google Helpouts app for iOS allows users to connect to experts in various fields and be taught about a specific topic. The app lets users connect with an expert and vice versa, browse listings, send messages, receive reminders and more.
Google Helpouts is a fairly new service, having launched late in 2013, and it doesn’t seem to receive quite as much attention as some of El Goog’s other offerings. Still, it’s nice to see another official Google app arrive on iOS. Perhaps it could even help to spark some new interest in the service.
