Microsoft took to the MWC stage today to share a few details of its impending update to Windows Phone, including support for dual-SIM functionality and soft keys. Just in case those announcements weren't enough to satisfy your Live Tile craving, though, I've got a new video to for you that purportedly shows the Windows Phone 8.1 update running on a Nokia Lumia 920.

Shared by UnleashThePhones, the same site that recently posted a video of Windows Phone 8.1's Action Center in use, this new 3-minute clip demonstrates many of the new features that are expected to debut with WP8.1. Those include week and year views in the Calendar app, Battery Power Sense for monitoring which apps are sucking down all of your phone's juice, a dedicated Podcasts app and an option to sync theme and Internet Explorer data online along with App Settings. 

Despite the fact that it's only a x.1 jump in version number from Windows Phone 8, the update to Windows Phone 8.1 is expected to be a pretty big leap for Microsoft's mobile platform. In addition to the additions shown in this video, the rumor mill suggests that the update will bring with it a Siri-like personal assistant named Cortana as well as the aforementioned Action Center, which is a combination of a notification panel and quick settings menu.

The Windows Phone 8.1 update is expected to make its official debut at Microsoft's Build developer conference in April. The best news of all is that it's been said that the update will be compatible with existing Windows Phone 8 devices.
