Well, that didn't take long. Just two weeks after first showing itself off in a pair of leaked renders, the red Motorola Droid Mini is now available from Verizon Wireless. This crimson Mini features the same specs as the black version that's been available since August, meaning that you're looking at a 4.3-inch 720p display, Motorola X8 Mobile Computing System with 1.7GHz dual-core processor, 10-megapixel rear camera and 16GB of built-in storage.
When Verizon first introduced its newest trio of Droid devices in July, the only model that was available in a color other than black was the Droid Ultra, which was offered with a red paint job similar to this Droid Mini. It may have taken a couple of months for that red hue to make its way to another Droid, but hey, at least it finally happened.
