Now that Apple's Developer Center seems to have recovered from a recent intrusion attempt, the Cupertino firm is continuing its rollout of iOS 7 beta updates. Apple today officially began pushing the iOS 7 beta 4 update to devices that are registered with its developer program. As with past updates, the update is rolling out over the air and can be installed by heading into Settings > General > Software Update on an eligible iOS-powered device.
Apple first unveiled iOS 7 at its Worldwide Developers Conference in June, and since then the company has released three beta versions of iOS 7 to developers so that they can prepare their apps for the update's public release. iOS 7 features a visual overhaul with new app icons and more, as well as new features like a quick access Control Center, full-screen browsing in Safari and a revised Notification Center.
Anyone that is a registered member of Apple's iOS developer program can now download fourth beta version of iOS 7 by going into Settings > General > Software Update on their eligible iOS hardware. The update should also be making its way into the iOS Developer Center shortly. Apple will release iOS 7 to the public this fall.
UPDATE: As noted by MacRumors, Apple has also released iTunes 11 beta 1 in its Developer Center. The updated version of Apple's media management and storefront app includes iTunes Radio, the Cupertino firm's new music streaming service.
