Instagram made waves yesterday with when it gained video capture capabilities, but there's also some good news this week for bite-size video fans that use Vine. The company announced today on Twitter that its Android app has been updated to version 1.1, and in the process has gained new features like the ability to share to Facebook, search for users and hashtags and also clear the app's cache. That list of changes may look small, but there's some pretty major tweaks in there. Sharing to Facebook is a big addition, especially after the Facebook-owned Instagram added video to its service, and the various other enhancements ought to help users improve the overall quality of their Vines.
