One of the defining features of the HTC One is the UltraPixel camera.  HTC's making a bold move in removing the megapixel branding and throwing in creative software additions like HTC Zoe to create something that's new.  It's a risky marketing move for a company with struggling profits, but if history is any indicator, risky decisions can often pay off.
