Remember the Nokia 520 and Nokia 720 listings we recently saw in an Indonesian regulatory filing? Well today we're finding out a lot more than just their names, as Twitter account @evleaks has posted press images of both models. Up above is the Nokia Lumia 520, which features a much squarer design than its Lumia 510 predecessor or the newer Lumia 620. Below is the Nokia Lumia 720, which is once again a bit squarer than the Lumia 710, bearing more of a resemblance to the Lumia 820 that was introduced in September 2012.
There aren't any spec details to go along with these leaked images, but there have been rumors about two upcoming Nokia devices codenamed "Flame" and "Zeal," and so it's possible that the Lumia 520 and Lumia 720 may be those handsets. The Nokia Flame reportedly features a 4-inch display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 4GB storage, 5-megapixel camera and 512MB RAM. A recently-leaked T-Mobile roadmap contained the name "Nokia Flame" with a date of April 24, so it's possible that we could see the Flame land stateside in a couple of months.
Meanwhile, the Nokia Zeal is rumored to be the slightly higher-end model of these two units, reportedly packing a 4.3-inch display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 8GB storage and 512MB RAM. Taking that into consideration, it's possible that the Flame is the Lumia 520 and the Zeal is the Lumia 720. The model numbers indicate that the Lumia 520 and Lumia 720 are low-end/mid-range entries in Nokia's Lumia roster, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see them both debut at Mobile World Congress next week.
Nokia is also thought to be cooking up some higher-end products like the EOS with a "true" PureView Camera and the Catwalk, rumored to be an aluminum-clad Lumia 920 successor. We've yet to see any image leaks or hear any possible announcement details on those two products, but for anyone that's looking for something with beefier specs than the Lumia 520 and 720, the EOS and Catwalk are two devices to keep in mind.
