Been hoping that the Nexus 4 would eventually be available with a white paint job just like the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S before it? You may be in luck, as a photo sent to PhoneArena claims to show a Nexus 4 showing off its white backside for the camera. Just like with the regular black Nexus 4 that hit the Google Play Store again today, this white model packs a camera with a flash below it, some Nexus branding, and what looks to be some sparkly reflections near the bottom of the image. No shots of the front of the white Nexus 4 have been posted yet.
Neither Google nor LG have said anything about a white Nexus 4, but before the black model was made official last year, we did see an entry for a white Nexus 4 inside the inventory of U.K. retailer Carphone Warehouse. It's also worth noting that this photo's EXIF data says that the image was taken with an Optimus G, which could mean that it came from an LG employee. Obviously nothing is official quite yet, but with previous Nexus models getting a white paint job after their release and the evidence of a white Nexus 4 that we've seen so far, it's certainly plausible that LG and Google could be cooking up a second Nexus 4 color option. How many of you think that you'd prefer a white Nexus 4 over the black version?
