Any of you T-Mobile customers interested in picking up a new Windows Phone as an end of 2012 treat? You can do precisely that without spending a penny, as T-Mo is now offering the Nokia Lumia 810 on its website for $0 with a two-year contract. Free shipping is also included, so potential buyers needn't worry about spending any of their holiday cash. The discount is only being offered through Dec. 27, though, meaning that there are only two more days to take advantage of the sale.
For those that'd like a quick Wednesday morning refresher, the Lumia 810 features a 4.3-inch 800x480 ClearBlack display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel rear and 1.2-megapixel front cameras, 8GB storage, 42Mbps HSPA+ connectivity and an 1,800mAh battery powering the whole show. The Lumia 810 is one of Nokia's new Windows Phone 8 smartphones, having just been released to the public on Nov. 14. That means that T-Mobile customers can snag a recently-released smartphone for absolutely nothing, which seems like a pretty good deal for anyone interested in taking the plunge with Windows Phone.
For T-Mobile folk that'd prefer to snag a handset that's powered by Google's little green robot, the Samsung Galaxy Note II is available for $229.99 at Fry's Electronics locations. The offer is good for both new and upgrading customers, but the fact that it's only available at Fry's stores means that not everyone will be able to take advantage like they can with the Lumia 810 deal. For folks that do live near a Fry's store and didn't receive a gift-wrapped Note II for the holidays, though, this sale looks like a good one, especially since T-Mobile is asking $369.99 for the handset and its 5.5-inch 1280x720 display online. Be sure to give us a shout in the comments if you're thinking about pulling the trigger on one of these deals!
