Looks like the rumors were true. Several HTC EVO 4G LTE owners are reporting that they're now downloading the 3.15.651.16 update for their handsets, which includes a bump up to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. The update weighs in at 396.78MB, and according to Sprint's update changelog, included is HTC Sense 4+, improved browser performance, enhancements to Google apps like YouTube and Gmail, and a better gallery. Sprint says that updates may be released in stages, but yesterday's leak mentioned that customers could initiate the Jelly Bean goodness themselves today, so it might be worth trying a manual install if you've got a EVO 4G LTE lying around. This can be accomplished by going into Settings > System updates > HTC software update > Check now.
