It's been a while since we got our first peek at the Acer Iconia Tab A110, but Acer announced this morning that it won't be long before we're finally able to buy one to call our very own. The Iconia A110 will be available at U.S. retailers starting on October 30, complete with a price tag of $229.99. Here's what that $230 will buy you:
With a spec sheet that includes a 7-inch display, quad-core processor and Jelly Bean, the Iconia Tab A110 is sure to draw comparisons to Google's own Nexus 7. The A110 costs $30 more than the comparably-specced Nexus 7, but the A110 also includes a microSD slot for expandable storage, something that the N7 lacks. Of course, the N7 has a slightly higher-res display than the A110 (1280x800 compared to 1024x600) and will also get its updates straight from Google, so Nexus has those features going for it. Customers interested in a 7-inch tablet will have a decision to make soon, and we've got Acer's full press release for the A110 below to help them make that choice. What do you all think of the A110? Would you choose it or the Nexus 7 if you were in the market for a 7-inch tablet?
