Earlier this week, AT&T announced that it had lit up two New York cities with 4G LTE coverage, and now the big blue carrier has admitted another pair of markets to its LTE club. AT&T confirmed today that its LTE network is now live in Wilmington, Del., and Philadelphia, Pa.
Like Albany and Rochester before them, both Wilmington and Philadelphia were named in a large list of cities that AT&T said it planned to bring LTE coverage to before the end of 2012. I'm sure many AT&T customers are glad to see the carrier continue to strike cities off of that "Coming Soon" list and add them to the "Now Live" list, especially those people that pre-ordered the LTE-capable iPhone 5 earlier today. Now we wait to see which markets on AT&T's list will have their LTE switch flipped on next. Are any of you AT&T folk located in Wilmington or Philadelphia? If so, how's LTE treating you so far?
