A couple of weeks ago, HTC revealed that shipments of the One X and EVO 4G LTE were being delayed at U.S. Customs for review due to an ITC exclusion order. The hold caused the EVO 4G LTE's launch to be pushed back, but it looks like the situation is finally getting resolved. HTC has said that it's finished the Customs review process and that, because its devices "are in compliance with the ITC's ruling," they've been released. The company expects that future shipments shouldn't have any issues entering the country and that it's "confident that we will soon be able to meet the demand for our products."

While it's still a bummer that this issue had an effect on shipments of the One X and EVO 4G LTE, I'm glad to see that it only lasted two weeks rather than stretching on. As for the EVO 4G LTE launch, Sprint began sending out units to pre-order customers late last week, but so far the carrier is still quiet on when the handset's rescheduled debut will be happening.
