Looks like some folks that took part in the pre-sale for the HTC One X on AT&T are getting a nice weekend surprise today. Several One X pre-orderers are reporting that their new Android handset hit their doorstep today, a couple of days ahead of AT&T's official May 6th release date. A handful of others claim that while they haven't yet received their One X, it is listed as being "Out for Delivery."
Last month we saw a similar incident with another high-profile AT&T device, in which many folks that pre-ordered the Nokia Lumia 900 received their device on the Friday before the actual launch. The fact that the One X is already making its way into user's hands isn't a total surprise, but it's still a welcome one.
