Samsung took the wraps off of its 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 2 at the end of February, but unfortunately for those folks interested in the Android-powered slate, the company wasn't (and still isn't) quite ready to talk pricing. However, that hasn't stopped Office Depot from listing the Tab 2 on its website, complete with price tag in tow. As you can see above, the 8GB Wi-Fi-only version of the 10.1-inch Tab 2 has been priced at $399.99 by the supplier of office products. Oh, and don't go and try adding the Tab 2 to your cart, as Office Depot simply won't let that happen.
The 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 2 is coming to market with a spec list that includes a 1GHz dual-core processor, 3-megapixel rear camera and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich beneath Samsung's custom TouchWiz UI. This particular model may only be packing 8GB of internal storage, but it does have a microSD slot for expanded memory, and $400 isn't a bad price for a 10.1-inch Android slate that comes with ICS out of the box. Now if only Samsung would tell us when we'll actually be able to buy the thing.
