AT&T revealed back at MWC that it'd be launching the HTC One X here in the U.S., complete with 4G LTE connectivity. One thing that AT&T didn't mention in its announcement, though, is exactly when it plans to launch the One X. We're now at the end of March and AT&T still hasn't given up an official release date, but that hasn't stopped Best Buy from possibly spilling the launch beans. The retailer recently sent an email to one of its customers that pre-ordered the AT&T One X, letting them know that the device's release date has been changed to May 6th.
So is the AT&T HTC One X a little over a month out? It's certainly possible, and this wouldn't be the first time that Best Buy has revealed a new device's release date before it was officially announced. Of course, neither AT&T nor HTC have uttered a word about a May launch for the One X, as AT&T has only said that it'll hit "in the coming months." My advice? Just keep working on saving your pennies to put toward the One X's still-unannounced price and watch Aaron's hands-on with the phone below to help you imagine what it'll look like in your mitts whenever it does finally arrive.
