Nokia has posted an official questions and answers page on concerning the Lumia 900, and although there are a few things on there that we already knew, there are also a couple of tidbits of information worth mentioning. For example, Nokia has confirmed that the Lumia 900 (as well as the Lumia 610) will feature tethering support at launch. Fret not, Lumia 710 and 800 owners, as the Finnish firm says that a Zune update that includes the tethering functionality will be pushed to those two devices "soon." Nokia also fielded a question concerning the AT&T Lumia 900's release date, but it unsurprisingly answered the query with the same vague "in the coming months" response that we heard at the 900's introduction.

Another question on Nokia's page centers on the PureView 808 and its 41-megapixel camera, with the user asking if Nokia has any plans for a 41-megapixel Windows Phone. The company answered by saying that it doesn't comment on future products, but that it does expect to be a leader in the when it comes to imaging and "bring this innovation into future products." That's similar to a statement we've heard previously from Nokia exec Jo Harlow explaining that the PureView tech is expected to make its way to future Lumia devices.

Tethering may not be a feature that everyone will get excited about, but it's good to hear that Nokia will be showing some love to Lumia 710 and 800 users by pushing the feature to them. As for the Lumia 900, well, we still don't know exactly when it'll be launching (we've heard both early and late April dates are possible), but at least folks that plan on picking one up now know that tethering support will come included whenever the phone is released.
