Interested in getting a better peek at the HTC Sense 4.0 overlay that we've gotten a couple of looks at in recent weeks? Thanks to a leaked ROM Update Utility, aka RUU, that's exactly what we've gotten today. The RUU in question belongs to the HTC Endeavor, a handset previously referred to as the Edge. Buried within the RUU is a cornucopia of images showing what HTC has produced by mixing together Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and its own Sense UI. Up above you can see the lock screen in landscape orientation and down below is the new Sense dock, which has more in common with the stock Android look than previous iterations of Sense.
As for the device that this RUU came from, the folks at MoDaCo recently got wind of an HTC Endeavor spec list that jibes with what we've heard in the past: 4.7-inch 720p display, 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 8-megapixel camera, 1GB RAM and ICS with Sense 4.0. We've been hearing rumblings about the Edge/Endeavor for a few months now, but the good news is that we may not be far off from seeing the thing finally unveiled, as many expect the Endeavor to make its debut at Mobile World Congress later this month. Until then, you can find several more Sense 4.0 shots by hitting up the Android Central link below. What do you all make of Sense 4.0 so far?
