As cell phone use grows and the devices themselves become increasingly powerful, it seems that just about everyone has either lost a phone or had one stolen, or at least knows someone that was in a similar situation. But what happens to these handsets that end up being gone forever? That's what 3TV in Phoenix wanted to know, so they set out to find the answer and discovered one woman who, after filing a police report over a stolen smartphone, learned that it had been sold for parts to a local cell phone repair shop. After talking to the woman, 3TV turned to our own editor-in-chief Aaron Baker for more on the cell phone part sales game. Interested in hearing what Aaron had to say? Check him out in the clip below!
