It was just yesterday that a rumor surfaced claiming that a device carrying the codename Nokia Ace would be headed to AT&T next year with LTE connectivity in tow, but now purported renders of that very device have made their way online. The folks at Pocketnow explain that these images originated on a Christmas card from one of Microsoft's partners that apparently didn't realize that the Ace isn't quite official just yet. As you can see up above, the handset has both AT&T and Nokia branding directly above its display, as well as what looks to be a front-facing camera above the word "Nokia." The Ace itself looks fairly similar to the Lumia 800, although one notable difference between these two devices is the placement of the earpiece: on the 800, it's up near the top on the plastic portion of the phone, while on the Ace it's on the bezel surrounding the screen and also appears to be a tad wider than the one on the 800.
As far as launch information goes, the aforementioned rumor that made its way around the web yesterday alleged that the Ace will be traveling to Vegas and making its debut at CES next month, with an actual launch at AT&T set for March 18th. It was also reported that AT&T will be releasing two more LTE-capable Windows Phones, codenamed the HTC Radiant and Samsung Mandel, before the middle of next year, so it sounds like Windows Phone fans on AT&T will soon have more LTE handset choices than you can shake a live tile at.
