Verizon officially took the wraps off of the white Motorola DROID RAZR just a hair over a week ago, and although we were given pricing details and a promised update to Ice Cream Sandwich, Big Red didn't say precisely when we'd be able to buy the darn thing. That's changed today, as Verizon has announced that the snow white DROID RAZR will be available both online and in stores tomorrow, December 15th. As was announced earlier this month, pricing is set at $299.99 with a two-year contract. Those of you interested in snagging a new tablet along with the pale RAZR should note that Verizon's offering $100 off of a DROID Xyboard with the purchase of this handset.
Although this may not be the release news that many Verizon customers are waiting for, those of you waiting for the Galaxy Nexus can at least take solace in the fact that another non-Nexus device announcement is out of the way. For everyone else, the white DROID RAZR is a nice option for anyone that's in the market for a new handset that's both 4G LTE-capable and can help them get in the spirit for the holidays and for the first day of winter next week.
