Leaked Motorola DROID 4 spec sheet touts 4-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor

The Motorola DROID 4 leaks continue! Earlier today we learned that some Verizon employees are currently undergoing training on the new 4G LTE slider, and now what looks to be a solid spec list for the DROID 4 has made its way online. So what kind of features can we expect to see in the latest member of the DROID family? Here's the breakdown:

  • 4-inch qHD (960x540) TFT LCD display
  • 1.2GHz dual-core processor
  • 8-megapixel camera with LED flash
  • 1080p video capture
  • Front-facing "HD" camera
  • 16GB built-in storage
  • 1GB RAM
  • Five-row edge-lit QWERTY keyboard
  • 4G LTE connectivity
  • GSM 850/900/1800/1900 support
  • 1,785mAh battery

Unsurprisingly, the DROID 4 shares quite a few features with its non-keyboarded DROID RAZR brother, including a similarly styled body. There's no mention of the DROID 4's rumored December 8th launch in this latest leak, but when you combine this info with the training leak from earlier today, it definitely feels like the device is getting close. How much you'll be paying for the D4 whenever it ends up arriving remains a mystery, though it wouldn't be a shock to see it carrying an on-contract price tag of $299.99. So, if these specs are the real deal, what do you think?
