The EVO Design 4G sounds like a pretty respectable Android handset, especially since it offers Sprint WiMAX connectivity for $100 on-contract. Certainly the EVO Design won't be the only $100 4G handset available in Sprint's lineup when it launches on Sunday, but it'll definitely be the freshest.
