It's been a while since we've seen a new tablet make its way onto T-Mobile's shelves, but thanks to a batch of fresh-leaked images, it looks like that could soon be changing. Our amigos at TmoNews just received the photos you see above and below, which showcase a new Samsung-made tablet that allegedly refers to itself as the "Galaxy Tab Plus" upon startup. The mystery slate is said to be a follow-up to the original 7-inch Galaxy Tab with specs that include HSPA+ connectivity and Samsung's TouchWiz UI. A photo of the Tab Plus's About screen shows that it's packing Android 3.2 and the model number SGH-T869. Unfortunately, there's no word on any other spec details or a potential release date for this plussed-up Tab.
So what do you think, T-Mobile fans? As I said before, the tablets currently in T-Mobile's lineup (Streak 7, G-Slate) are starting to look a little long in the tooth, so it's good to see some new blood making its way to Magenta. Plus, it's got Honeycomb! Hooray Honeycomb! Check out more photos below.
